chagall

i have been incredibly busy ever since i arrived in paris. there are so many places to go, things to do, people to meet, and also tons of homework and research. my biggest accomplishment of the trip so far was to give a talk at the Paris Opera House about the ceiling of the main auditorium, which was designed by Chagall in 1964. it went extremely well and i'm feeling incredibly relieved.
